Peppercorn & Sage Pork Loin

Ingredients:

• 1 (2 lb.) pork tenderloin

• 3 cloves garlic

• 1 Tbsp. onion, minced

• 1 tsp. peppercorn

• ½ tsp. cloves

• ¼ tsp. butter, melted

• 6 sage leaves

• Salt to taste

• 1 ¾ cup water

Directions:

1. Pour the melted butter over the pork and rub with the cloves, peppercorn, garlic, salt and sage leaves.

2. Add the water to the slow cooker and then add the pork.

3. Top with the onion and cook on low for 4–5 hours or until cooked through.

4. Remove the sage leaves before serving and enjoy.

Cooking Tips:

At the halfway point, check the pork and add a splash more water if necessary.
